Forum: opensource_audio Subject: help! audio files didn't make it through upload process

[i have tried the 'report error' option several times and have never received a confirmation email, so i figure my requests aren't going through.]

my problem is that i uploaded 3 new items to open source audio and all i can access through the details page (or the http link) are the xml files. the audio files are nowhere to be found. (also, they are still on the ftp server where i uploaded them - usually they disappear from there right?) if i click 'stream via m3u' i get an error message:
Malformed request: item (http://ia300237.us.archive.org/3/items/tcpitwfin02)(org/3/items/tcpitwfin02) is not streamable

items are:
http://www.archive.org/details/tcpitwfin01
http://www.archive.org/details/tcpitwfin02
http://www.archive.org/details/tcpitwfin03

i never got it to work - but then i re-uploaded (using a different item id) using the internet explorer ftp link thing, and it worked that way. so maybe try that... (then you probably want to email tech support and ask them to delete your old dis-functional item...)
